Website Maintenance Services

The Service Provider will maintain the Website for James's Services, including: monitoring uptime and core functionality; applying security patches and software/plugin updates; performing regular backups (retained 30 days); managing SSL certificate and domain renewals where applicable.

Minor content updates (text, images, contact details) are included up to 2 hours per month; further work is quoted separately or billed at the standard hourly rate.

Maintenance requests are acknowledged within 1 business day, with non-critical issues resolved within 5 business days. Critical issues (site down, security breach, data loss) are addressed within 4 hours.

This excludes new features, redesigns, and third-party integrations, which are scoped separately. The Provider is not liable for issues from unauthorised third-party changes.

Fee: £[amount] per month, payable in advance. Term: [length], renewing automatically unless ended with 30 days' notice.
