1. How to Share Feedback

Online: Leaving a review directly through our SumUp store links or Google Business profile.


2. Timeframe for Raising a Complaint

To help us investigate and resolve issues effectively, please report any service defects or issues within the following windows:

General Services & Web Projects: : Within 4 hours of service completion.

Computer Repairs: Within your 90-day warranty period (covering the specific parts replaced and labor performed).


3. Our Complaints Procedure

When you log a formal complaint, we follow a strict process to ensure it is handled fairly and swiftly:

1 Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days.

2 Investigation: Our technical team will review the details of your project, service logs, or hardware notes.


3 Resolution: We will provide a formal response and a proposed solution within 7 working days of receiving your complaint.


4. Remedies and Resolutions

Depending on the outcome of our investigation, resolutions may include:

Rectifying any technical glitches, network configurations, or website design issues at no additional cost to you.

Repairing or re-servicing hardware covered under our 90-day computer repair warranty.

Providing a partial or full refund under the terms of our 14-working-day cooling-off period (for consumers who cancelled within the statutory legal timeframe).


5. Escalation and Governing Law

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. However, if you are not satisfied with our final resolution, the matter can be escalated to a relevant UK trading standards ombudsman or resolved under the laws of England and Wales.
